The ELEVATOR SOS is intended for connecting the elevator to the central dispatcher control board with the possibility of direct conversation between the passengers and the operator and remote control of the elevator. One ELEVATOR SOS controls 1 elevator. This device transmits information on faults via SMS to the phones of dispatcher and four service staff phones. Service staff like the dispatcher can arrange a conversation with the elevator cabin. If necessary, elevator control (putting OFF) is also available. Management and control is carried out over a GSM network that ensures reliable communication with the dispatcher in any location. The system works best when all ELEVATOR SOS devices and Elevator SOS_DCB-01 dispatcher module use SIM cards of the same GSM service provider. The device can communicate with the control board in GPRS mode as well.
